Nothing can be better than suggestive face expression xDDD Like "You know what to do, don't ya"
Let's get down to the critiques to make this comment anywhere useful:
First of all I won't say anything about anything (again, yes) under the head, because in this exact drawing it's not important judging from the way it was drawn.
The hairstyle itself is very good and well planned but (there is always this annoying @but@ xD) the angel is a bit missed. Judging from the shoulder possitioning and the face he is looking above at the viewer, like 45 degrees from the base line and a bit to the diagonal left (his left). Thus hair should be lifted a bit at the front and lowered at the back, maybe even turned a bit to the left (his left again).
The face itself is very good again, the eyes are perfect, brows are nice, blush well fits too. Mouth is good as well, nose is fine, I would've made it a bit narrower maybe, but that would be me, I don't know if it's planned that way.

Overall that's really good for a tablet try out, I can't draw with it at all, I can only draw on the screen, that's why I'm limited with my phone and it's resolution, I can't go any further than it for a near future. On the other hand lots of people make very good arts with tablet, if you get used to it you have a very great potential to bring out some awesome things.
